Hyospasmol contains hyoscine butylbromide 10mg, an antispasmodic medication that relaxes smooth muscle in the gastrointestinal and urinary tracts. It provides effective relief from painful cramps and spasms in the stomach, intestines, bladder, bile ducts, and urinary tract. Particularly useful in the management of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and diverticular disease.
